We are pleased to share highlights from the 3rd Plenary Meeting of HYNET, held on 15–16 April 2026 at the SuperGrid Institute in Villeurbanne, Lyon, France.
Over two productive days, the HYNET partners met to discuss the project’s technical progress, including:
- Boundary conditions, interoperability and validation planning
- Planning and operation of hybrid AC/DC networks
- DC distribution and microgrid optimisation
- Technology validation and demonstration activities across Europe
- Communication, dissemination and standardisation
- Project management and preparation for the 1st project review
The meeting also included a technical visit to the SuperGrid Institute, providing an excellent opportunity for partners to exchange knowledge and strengthen collaboration.
